Please note:

The rental fee is all-inclusive. There are no upcharges or hidden fees. As do many venues, we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy (purchased from a third party) with Venue of Shadow Rock listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. Approximate insurance cost – apprx $125. We also charge a refundable facility fee of $300 for any incidentals. Otherwise, what you see listed is what you pay!
