The Venue at Shadow Rock

Our nearly 7,200 sq ft, two story building is set on the side of a hill on 3 acres. With a grove of cedars back behind and an open field area to the side, opportunities for outdoor photographs abound, while the space itself still checks off the style requirements with its modern design.

Just 15 minutes from Branson and all the lodging, dining and attraction options it boasts, this is an easy and stunning way to step away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, MO to say ‘I do’ in front of family and friends in a modern setting, without sacrificing convenience.

Imagine Your Ceremony Here…

Say ‘I do’ in front of our grove of cedars with nature wrapped around you. Our cedars behind and native grasses and plants to the side, let you embrace the beauty of the Ozark Mountains, and let the wonder of creation be the backdrop for your special day.

Our amphitheater allows each guest to have a great view of the ceremony, and with our rock and concrete design, there’s no need to worry about mud, no matter what time of year you get married. With four “backdrop” options to choose from, you can make your ceremony your own.

Set down a little hill from the venue, the outdoor ceremony space has an intimate and peaceful feel to it…almost as if time slows down there for special memories to be made. Come see for yourself, sit on our modern benches, stand in front of our beautiful cedars, and see if it doesn’t feel like something really special could happen in that place!

Or, if you would rather get married indoors (or rain in the forecast encourages you to do so), picture saying ‘I do’ in a modern space with lots of big, nearly floor to ceiling windows that let all the outside beauty in…while still being sheltered from the elements. White walls with sleek, modern black sconces and beautiful light wood floors keep the space modern and bright. Enter through large, white, double doors, and make your way to the front of the room, where you’ll stand between two large, milky windows, to marry your best friend. Lots of natural light has been carefully planned to allow for gorgeous wedding photos, and though we don’t have grand, sweeping ceilings, the space gives your ceremony an intimate and special feeling as your guests get to feel close to the action, hear every word, and really experience the beauty and sanctity of the moment. Our most favorite thing about the space is our gorgeous white modern chairs, which, shockingly, are both beautiful and comfortable.

After the ceremony…

Your guests can make their way through the foyer and down the staircase, if your ceremony is inside, or back to the venue if it’s outside, to the dedicated reception space. Again, floor to ceiling windows let natural light flood the space, and bring the outdoors in. Beautifully draped ceilings and walls mix together with the simplistic modern design to create a perfect elegant and modern design just waiting for your touch. Reclaimed wood tables are not only good for the environment, they also make a stunning backdrop for your place settings of choice and look phenomenal with whatever color of runner you would choose. Upgraded ghost chairs don’t inhibit the eye, keeping the space minimalistic and modern so your décor can shine.

Off to the side of the reception area is our dedicated space for a DJ and dance floor, or serving tables, or extra seating space (depending on your guest list).

If you would rather dance under the stars, we have that option as well. You can walk out of the reception space onto modern patios with extra seating for 35. Party lights set the tone, making it a beautiful and fun place to spend the evening, but past the patios, you’ll find an Instagram-worthy outdoor bar, overhead rope lights, and our outdoor dance space.

Picture having your first dance under the stars with a gentle breeze stirring the night air. With the sights and sounds of nature around you, and your friends and family looking on, it will be a moment to remember for the rest of your life. And when you’re ready to welcome others onto the dance floor, your guests can join you, with room for everyone under the twinkly lights.

If the night gets chilly, cozy up by one of our posh gas fire pits, where you can take a break from the action to spend a moment relaxing near the fire. With outdoor games like giant jenga, giant yahtzee, checkers, cornhole and more, guests can enjoy a little good natured competition as well — and your photographer can get some really special photos!

Getting ready…

For the bride, we have a large suite with floor to ceiling windows and a private attached bath. The suite boasts a chic vanity space for seven with great lighting, lots of outlets, and convenient open shelving where purses, makeup and bags can be stored. A plush sitting area is the perfect place for conversation and laughter, marble hooks have been strategically placed for gorgeous dress pictures, and an arched-top full length mirror is sure to make the bride feel like a princess. With private exterior access, the bride’s suite is both convenient and stylish, and a beautiful and inspiring place to get ready.

For the groom, we have a large, elevated man’s cave. With designer, ‘whiskey room’ décor, this room is sure to make the groom and his buddies feel as pampered as the bride. The groom’s suite boasts a private, attached bath, a comfortable sitting area with rolled arm furniture, a foosball table, dart board, pull-up bar, full length mirror, an industrial rack for hanging the tuxes, a vintage record player and records, and best of all, a secret entrance that might make him feel just a little like James Bond on his big day.

Ceremony Backdrops

We love the beauty of diversity, and want your wedding to reflect you! To avoid having cookie-cutter weddings, we offer four ceremony backdrops to choose from that can be used upstairs, or downstairs. Here’s just a few examples, but we look forward to seeing how you would style them for your special day! (You’re also welcome to bring in your own!)

Whether it’s saying ‘I do’ in front of our grove of cedars, toasting with friends, dancing under the stars with your dad or mom, stealing a sweet moment to cozy up by the fire, or rolling the giant dice in a game of giant yahtzee with grandma, we want you to get to experience your wedding day to the full.
